Data model pipeline to offer the TrialTrove Citeline data as a Remote Data Subscription (RDS) data set.
Data set content
PharmaIntelligence offers Citeline as one of their products containing the TrialTrove data set. The Data Ingestion Engine pipeline provided here, integrates, and prepares this data set obtained from the Informa API, to be published as Remote Data Subscription (RDS) data set for further integrations on subscriber DISQOVER installations.
Download and import
- Download and unzip the zipped pipeline yml file (see table below).
- Import the pipeline yml file into the DISQOVER Data Ingestion Engine (in a new or existing pipeline) by clicking on the Pipeline menu button (
) in the opened pipeline menu bar and choosing Import pipeline from the drop-down list.

Clinical Study
This is the category covering all the Clinical Study data from TrialTrove.

Drug
This category covers all the referenced Drug data coming from TrialTrove, containing drug IDs which can be used to map the data to PharmaProjects. -
Note
This data category contains Clinical notes data that belongs to the Clinical Studies. -
Therapeutic Area
This data category contains Therapeutic Area data that belong to the Clinical Studies. -
Disease
This category covers all the referenced Disease data coming from TrialTrove, containing additional Disease classification identifiers (ICD, Snomed, MeSH, …) which can be used to map the disease data to Public Disease information. -
Outcome
This category covers all the outcome (primary, secondary, other…) data belonging to the Clinical Studies. -
Result
This data category contains Result information that belongs to the Clinical Studies. -
Sponsor
This data category contains Sponsor data that belongs to the Clinical Studies. -
Classification
Items linked to the other Canonical Types that have no noteworthy category. Examples are Mechanisms of Action, Indication Groups, Patient Segments, …
